Delivery and Post-Production Manager

Bleecker Street is looking for a Delivery and Post-Production Manager to join the Post and Delivery department. The position will manage delivery of legal paperwork and technical assets for 10-12 films a year. Excellent attention to detail and previous experience with post-supervising or work within a distribution company are highly preferred. Position is currently fully remote, but candidate must be based in LA.

Responsibilities will include:
Oversee all delivery paperwork and videomaster elements, including negotiating delivery schedules and managing physical elements working directly with legal team and digital lab partners
Ordering theatrical and home entertainment Accessibility files for all films
Captions, Subtitles, Visual Description
Manage Residual process with Cast & Crew for all guild affiliate projects
Assist Home Entertainment teams with initial VOD release needs
Fulfill ancillary orders for downstream partners, including Max, Netflix, Hulu
Control Anti-piracy management for pre-release films
Co-Manage trailer and tv spot finishing process, including in-person mix sessions
Attend Tech Checks for special screenings and premieres based in LA

Requirements:
BA Degree, preferably with a Production/Post background
3-6 Years of Experience within Post-Production, Delivery or Distribution
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, and film A/V file formats
Familiarity with Film Post-Production workflows
