House of Highlights is a key part of the Bleacher Report/Turner Sports portfolio, representing one of the most influential media brands for the Gen-Z audience. HoH is seeking a Temp Social Programmer I to work on curating content from multiple sources, with a primary focus on user-generated content (UGC) and TikTok output. The Social Programmer will surface, curate, package, and distribute social content, ensuring it aligns with the HoH brand voice.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Contribute to daily programming of HoH social channels, curating content that resonates with Gen Z and aligns with the brand pillars.
• Cover NBA game slates, finding standout content across multiple games.
• Identify and surface UGC and new content first.
• Think creatively about new formats and packaging tactics to help HoH grow in innovative ways.
• Collaborate with other programmers to check copy and distribute content effectively.
Qualifications & Experiences:
• Deep understanding of TikTok-native and Instagram-native content, trends, and creators.
• Passion for the NBA, NBA Twitter, and basketball culture.
• Strong understanding of the House of Highlights' voice and brand.
• Experience with social content discovery and familiarity with emerging social platforms.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 per year. Additional compensation may include bonuses and incentives, along with benefits like health insurance, wellness programs, retirement savings, and paid holidays.
