Programming, Bleacher Report (Temporary)

Your New Role...

The Content Packaging Tem p ( Hero ) is responsible for executing strategies around Bleacher Report's most premium content . They'll be tasked wi th day-to-day packaging for clips across app and social channels, which includes writing copy , sending push notifications and helping to maintain the content calendar . Additionally, they will work with programming stakeholders to d evelop packaging strategies that align with Bleacher Report's best practices across X (formerly Twitter ) , TikTok, Instagram , YouTube and the B/R A pp . They must be a passionate sports fan , with prior experience in social content creation .

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Programming content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and B/R App distribution
• Executing programming strategies for Bleacher Report's top content
• Assist in copy-writing workshops for social and app content
• Brainstorm new packaging initiatives to capitalize on vast content portfolio
• Tracking clip performance across platforms to assist analytics stakeholders
• Building and maintaining content strategy plans for cross-department stakeholders

Qualifications and Experiences...
• Passionate sports fan with prior experience in social content creation/editing
• Experience assisting in digital/social content strategies from ideation to execution
• Familiarity with best YouTube, TikTok, Instagram practices for sports content
• Proven experience meeting deadlines in fast-paced work environment
• Awareness of Bleacher Report's voice and extensive knowledge of internet sports culture
• Strong work ethic to ensure content meets Bleacher Report standards
• Copy-writing experience for social platforms a plus

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $39,312.00 - $73,008.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
