Field Associate Producer

This is a Full Time Job

ccountabilities...
• Ideate and pitch content that will hit with the B/R audience
• Work hand-in-hand with production management to plan and coordinate shoots
• Manage project time frames and complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Give clear feedback and notes to B/R's team of editors during post- production
• Interact with high-level talent in a professional manner, including conducting off-camera interviews and directing them on-site at sporting events
• Partner with production crews, mobilizing everyone towards the same creative vision
• Effectively communicate plans and status update to internal parties

Qualificationsand Experiences...
• 2 - 4 years of experience in digital production .
• Enthusiasm for and expertise in the sports-content s pace.
• Strong communication in all collaborative mediums.
• Resourcefulness in finding creative solutions to challenges and opportunities.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,600.00 - $88,401.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
