Field Associate Producer

• The Associate Producer will play a vital role in Bleacher Report production, traveling the country to gather + produce social video content for B/R and its full slate of portfolio brands.
• Night and weekend work is part of the job.
• We're seeking detail-oriented, sports-loving individuals with a passion for the digital landscape.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Ideate and pitch content that will resonate with the B/R audience
• Work hand-in-hand with production management to plan and coordinate productions
• Manage project time frames and complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Give clear feedback and notes to B/R's team of editors during post-production
• Interact with high-level talent in a professional manner, including conducting off-camera interviews and directing them on-site at events
• Partner with production crews, mobilizing everyone towards the same creative vision
• Effectively communicate plans and status update to internal parties
• Travel to TNT Sports tentpoles and other major sporting events collecting social content for Bleacher Report
• Ideate and produce content surrounding TNT Sports' NBA on TNT, NHL on TNT, and MLB on TBS studio talent.
Qualifications
& Experiences...
• 2-4 years of experience in digital production.
• Enthusiasm for and expertise in the sports-content space.
• Strong communication in all collaborative mediums.
• Resourcefulness in finding creative solutions to challenges and opportunities.
