This is a Full Time Job
Bleacher Report is looking for a highly creative, driven Associate Producer to join the 'Hero' team.
This role is built for someone who doesn't just execute, but takes ownership. You'll be a key player in bringing high-impact productions to life, from live studio shows around tentpole events like the NBA and NFL Draft to original shoots featuring top-tier athletes and talent – with an emphasis on YouTube content creation.
You'll work across the full production by developing ideas, building rundowns, collaborating directly with talent, and shaping the final story in post. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong creative instincts, and is ready to step in and lead when needed.
Role Accountabilities...
• Own production workflows across live and produced content, from ideation through final delivery
• Build and execute run-of-shows for daily live productions across the B/R App and YouTube
• Partner directly with on-air talent, athletes, and creators, helping them prepare, and deliver compelling content
• Support the coordination across internal teams (production, social, design, editorial) and external partners throughout all phases of production
• Support pre-production planning for shoots, including creative development, logistics, and talent prep
• Work with editors and producers in post-production: shape story, review cuts, and elevate creative execution across both longform and short-form content
Qualifications & Experience...
• 2–4 years of experience in digital, studio, or live event production
• Experience across both studio and field production environments
• Strong knowledge and passion for sports
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows and storytelling
• A proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and lead without being asked
• Comfortable working directly with high-profile talent and athletes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Calm under pressure and energized by live events and fast turnarounds
• A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly and thrives in a team environment
• Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
