Part Time Unpaid Internship

Workplace Requirements: College Student, does not have a Job in the music industry. REMOTE JOB

At the moment, the position is remote. We ask each intern for a commitment of 2 days per week from 10am-5pm for 3 months. There is the possibility of an extension for internship, depending on availability/performance/etc. The internship is unpaid, therefore, we ONLY hire students that can receive academic/internship credit through their school. We cannot hire interns who have jobs in the music industry, whether it is part time or full time. We value our interns and ensure the experience is worth the time, for example, we are hosting weekly Zoom workshops specifically geared to get to know the interns as well as educate on some PR basics. During these workshops, members of the Biz 3 Team give tailored talks and lessons on specifics of PR and the music industry.

Below is a rough list of tasks Biz 3 interns work on:
- Compiling press clipping/pick up for publicists
- Drafting press releases
- Finding/searching for contact information of writers, editors, and publications
- Creating/updating EPKS
- Tracking artist tour press
- Co-managing company social media w/ other interns
- Updating the Biz 3 Spotify with new material from our clients
- Initiating a solo press project (pick an artist, create a press plan, present a the end
