Social Media & Post Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation (Approx. 60%)

- Create engaging assets for social media (graphics, video clips, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform.

- Manage posting across all channels, maintaining a consistent voice and visual style.

- Collaborate with leads in both the US and UK offices to coordinate content strategy and posting schedules.

- Monitor analytics and engagement, and provide insights to help grow reach and impact.

- Design occasional internal graphics for presentations, company announcements, or other internal needs.

- Stay up-to-date on social trends and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Post Production Support (Approx. 40%)

- Assist the Post Producer with data entry, tracking, and general coordination tasks.

- Support vault management by organizing, archiving, and maintaining access to assets.

- Help prepare materials and track deadlines for award show submissions.

- Provide additional administrative or production-related support as needed.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.

- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), and social media management tools (such as Loomly or Publer)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Excellent written and visual communication skills.

- Familiarity with post-production workflows and asset management is a plus.

- Interest in advertising and entertainment industries
