THE BRIEF
We're looking for an awesome new member to join our team. You'll get the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented folks in the industry on a broad range of VFX studio needs.
Your role will be wider than a traditional VFX coordinator, from helping research for pitches, communicating with the artists, setting meetings, organizing the studio both physically and digitally, using adobe software (premiere, photoshop, AE), and more!
You must have the drive to work hard, late or weekends if needed, and to put the team above yourself. You also pride yourself on the quality of your work and work faster than most competent people think possible. Result driven.

THE REST
Responsibilities:
Setting up and managing tracking shots working under Producer.
Creating and constantly maintaining Guidelines and documentation for every process
Pitching on projects and compiling reference material
Organizing behind the scenes and vfx breakdown materials for creating Case Study videos
Communicating with various departments to ensure that production needs are being fulfilled at highest standards
Wrangling meetings, calls and catalogued summaries of all production meetings
Keeping track of equipment available on-site and managing facility resources.
Compiling credit list and PR details at job wrap
Assist with postings, hirings
Requirements:
0-3+ years industry work experience.
VFX understanding is a plus but not required. Enthusiasm about it required.
Highly proficient in Photoshop, Premiere & After Effects
Highly motivated and passionate about the work.
