How do I hire an Intern - PR Event? Big Picture Media is looking for two extraordinary and highly motivated summer event interns to become part of our publicity team starting asap. #1 necessity is you must love all things live music and have a serious interest in learning about the event industry from the PR side. This is a great position to learn about many aspects of PR and to get some real on-site experience working for a unique boutique agency. Responsibilities include checking in press at our summer events all throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC.
Must be willing to travel to the 5 boroughs of NYC during the week and weekends, be friendly, personable and reliable! We are looking for someone who is a self starter and will enjoy working in a team environment but also be able to work independently if need be. Must be well spoken, organized and great at multitasking. Please have a working laptop and be willing to bring with you.
