Big Picture is an entertainment marketing agency, that is committed to delivering the most innovative and creative advertising materials to our clients.
We are currently hiring a TV/Streaming Coordinator, with 2 - 3 years prior agency, network or streaming service experience, to join our talented team of producers, editors, graphic designers, copywriters and music people.
Job Description
The TV/Streaming Coordinator supports the Producer in all aspects of the creative process.
• You will take notes, when the client is discussing new projects and when they're giving feedback to the producer related to marketing materials.
• You will ensure that each member of the creative team, i.e. editors or graphic designers, have the elements they need to start the project.
• You will be expected to communicate notes and timelines to the creative team.
• You will also be responsible to let the producer know when the notes have been completed to a high standard.
The TV/Streaming Coordinator also performs admin tasks:
• Manage graphics requests and PA requests through the company's filemaker system.
• Manage and update client project sheets and delivery schedules on google docs, shared with the Producer.
• Share the responsibility of creating posts for Big Picture's social media account with your TV/Streaming Coordinator counterpart.
Skills
A strong understanding of technical specifications for delivery of assets is essential.
Thorough knowledge of current popular culture.
Graphic design skills, proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop.
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Hangout etc.
Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Creative and problem solving skills.
Take accurate notes from the producer and client.
Clearly communicate creative notes and timelines to editors, graphics, music and writers.
Ability to create decks for presentations.
Ability to proofread assets and be responsible for quality control.
Follow through with team members.
Must be extremely detail oriented.
Fast learner.
