Production Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Post-Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, ambition for career advancement within the company and capable of managing various tasks efficiently. This role involves handling a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support our team members.

Responsibilities:

• Runs/Errands: Responsible for running errands including grocery shopping for restocking the kitchen and office supplies, dropping off or picking up hard drives, sending or picking up mail, and ordering and picking up office meals.
• Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office by keeping bathrooms stocked and tidy, cleaning the kitchen, and stocking the refrigerator and supply closet.
• ''Jr. AE'' Tasks: Assist with various tasks related to AVID, including dialogue breakdowns, trailer transcripts, dialogue lists, shot lists, pulling stock footage, and assembling dailies. Additionally, aid the music department in the creation of cue sheets and other related tasks as needed.
• General Support: Handle any other tasks requested by a supervisor as needed to support the efficient operation of the office and production team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with office software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work out of our Culver City office 5 days a week.
