Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Advertising (Publication ads, merchandise publications, promotion brochures, web banners for vendor websites)
• Industry materials (newsletters, one sheets, etc.)
• Promotional materials (Flyers, large posters, stickers, banners)
• Merchandise design (label/band specific merch and accessories)
• Tour materials (Tour theme, band photos, advertising flyers, posters, programs, banners, tickets, website promotions, etc.)
• Album/Single art design (Disc packaging design, disc artwork, sheet insert/lyrics/notes, typography layout, logo placements, manufacturing labeling)
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field, or equivalent visual design and management experience required.
2. Experience in entertainment industry a plus.
3. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web
4. A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process.
5. Ability to create graphic design campaigns for an array of purposes, including award shows and events, annual conference, print and online ads, corporate collateral.
6. Print and digital design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns.
a. Knowledge of HTML & CSS a plus.
b. Must have pre-press and print production experience.
7. Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
8. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including (but not limited to) software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
a. Working knowledge of Adobe AfterEffects & video editing a plus.
b. Working knowledge of Adobe XD a plus
9. Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
10. Photo Retouching skills a plus.
11. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
12. Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule multiple work assignments maintaining strict deadlines. Time management is key to success in this position.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* This is not an entry-level position. 1-2 years agency or in-house experience required.
