This role will be the gatekeeper to three executives and help manage heavy schedules and day-to-day for each. This is a high-volume desk that requires someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible. The ideal candidate must be an independent worker who thinks on their feet and can keep track of multiple productions.
General duties include heavy scheduling, booking travel, expenses, and contract management. This is not an entry-level position. Experience in entertainment and television is required.
The position will be remote to start and will transition to hybrid in the coming months.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years admin experience supporting senior level executives in the entertainment, media, television production industries
- Experience providing admin support at a talent agency is strongly preferred
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to work a 50 hour M - F work week (9am - 7pm) is required. Additional overtime may be required, as needed
