Production Coordinator reports to the Head of Production.
Production Coordinator is the point person for all production logistics. Creates and deals with production paperwork processing, searching for contractors, talent, locations, props, wardrobe and other needs for production. Schedules shoots, meetings and other production related events. Assists Head of Production in whatever they need. Besides production, the Coordinator may also act as the on-set representative for other roles such as art department, wardrobe, locations, casting, and the like, which may not have dedicated staff. This role may also be tasked with organizing the production studio room and equipment, but will definitely be tasked as the Project Manager for the Video Production Department.
When acting as the Project Manager, the Coordinator will be responsible for creating projects, tasks, calendars, workgroups and the like in Bitrix (or similar software applications). There wouldn't need to be prior experience in this platform, but the willingness to learn and mastering it would be expected.
Be ready to tackle anything that is put in front of you. On this lean team, wearing multiple hats would be expected. A day could include paperwork, managing a shoot, going on runs, booking talent, and much more.
Very open to those who want to prove themselves to move up later. BUT this is not a position for someone without past experience.
The ideal candidate will have a passion, experience or at least some rudimentary understanding of firearms, gun laws and or shooting sports as a hobby. This will only help perform the job better, and also better understand the content being produced
Benefits - Full Comprehensive Benefit Package Including:
