Purchasing Agent
Reports to GM Office Manager
This seasonal touring position assists with the day to day running of the operations department.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Process purchase order requests. Verify approval.
• Research vendors to find best pricing and sourcing.
• Pick up items as necessary.
• Set up PO Box in each city for mail.
• Take outgoing mail to USPS and pick up mail from PO Box.
• Receive orders and assure items get to appropriate person(s).
• Act as liaison between vendors and BAC.
• Maintain log of BAC credit card expenditures.
• Assure all purchases are coded properly.
• Maintain vendor files for easy access to information.
• Assist personnel with load-ins and load-outs.
