BiCoastal Productions, one of the fastest-growing booking agencies in the live entertainment business, is seeking a new REMOTE contracts administrator to join our team! If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, highly organized, love live entertainment and want to be a part of a passionate team we encourage you to apply.
The contracts administrator will be the primary drafter of booking agreements initiated by our agents using our internal systems and software. They will work directly with our agents and administrators to ensure accurate and timely delivery of contracts needed in the booking process.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required)
-Prior agency, promoter, venue or arts organization experience
-Prior CRM usage experience
-Gigwell software
-Fan of live music and theater!
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Office 365 Fluency
-Strong Computer Usage Skills
-Strong Organization
-Strong Attention to Detail
-Excellent Communication Skills
COMPENSATION
This is not a salaried position but rather a freelance independent contractor pay-per-contract position. We offer a competitive rate and allow for complete schedule flexibility.
