Bevel is looking for a fast-paced, problem-solving, enthusiastic, part-time Personal Assistant to work directly with the founder in Los Angeles. This energetic go-getter will be the right or left hand (depending on the day) of the firm's CEO and tackle any task, big or small. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive and must be able to multi-task and work independently, sticking to tight deadlines and maintaining and protecting confidential information. This postion will be 30 hours a week.
Valid Drivers license and car
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Approachable style and ability to effectively and professionally interface with high-level executives, clients, employees and business associates both internal and external
Strong organizational and time management skills. Proven experience in multitasking and working with multiple people and priorities, while delivering on high-quality results and follow-through
Demonstrated flexibility and professionalism in an environment where change is constant
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work independently with minimal direction/supervision
Prior experience in office coordination, personal assistant type work preferred.
