Summer Paid Intern - Casting

This is a Full Time Paid Internship

SUMMER 2020 INTERN (Culver City, CA)?

We work directly with our individual filmmaker clients, as well as communicating information to talent agents, managers, lawyers, studios, and network executives.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, team player to join our staff full time as our media assistant or media intern. We are looking for someone who can join our team as soon as possible

Responsibilities Include:

(The below items will be the main focus of this role, but additional functions may apply)?

-Setting up and taking care of equipment, including camera, batteries, lights, backdrops, computers and iPads??

-Setting up the session rooms??

-Troubleshooting technical problems including phones, printers, computers, WIFI, and all of tech needs.??

-Office upkeep??

-Helping with our self-tape room, scheduling, advertising and running self-tape sessions.??

-Writing script coverages??

-Writing page breakdowns??

-Willing to help with any casting assistant work as needed?

Required Skills/Characteristics:?

-Basic understanding of Final Cut Pro??

-Excited to learn about new technology?

-Familiar with Microsoft office including, word, excel, outlook, and power point??

-Detail oriented?

-Excellent time management skills?

-Ability to prioritize tasks in a team environment?

-Interest in the entertainment business, casting, and the technology??

-Can pick up new tools and systems quickly?

-Passion for work?

-Curiosity for learning more?

-Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done and be a team player?
