Seeking an Office Assistant with administrative experience to support a high-level Casting Office. This role involves working closely with our Casting team and CEO so maintaining confidentiality is a must. Responsibilities include:
- General reception duties
- Maintaining office tidiness and cleanliness
- Managing office supply inventory
- Handling deliveries and running errands for our CEO
- Assisting with special projects and events
- Covering the reception desk, including welcoming actors and clients and answering the main phone line
- Providing general support to our Casting teams
- Assisting the Media team with filming and uploading audition tapes
Tasks may vary and adjust based on office needs, so a flexible attitude is essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. Strong communications skills are a must. The position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and starts immediately.
