Spring Intern - Music Streaming

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

BETTER NOISE MUSIC is looking for a Streaming Intern for Spring.

Overview:

We are looking to hire an aspiring streaming professional with a passion for music, streaming, social media, and internet trends. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn integral marketing skills in a hands-on environment while gaining insight on the day to day operations of an indie record label.

Responsibilities:

Contributing creative ideas for marketing campaigns
Assisting with various administrative tasks for the department as they arise
Researching and staying on top of the latest analytics, streaming data and platform functions
Join weekly department calls
Assist with updating streaming platforms, department grids, playlist targeting
Research third-party playlists and tastemakers

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Music Business, Entertainment, or Marketing (must be able to receive college credit)
Knowledge of a wide variety of social media and streaming platforms
Awareness of the latest social media trends
Basic Audio editing skills are a plus
Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
Availability
Must be able to commit to 10-18 hours per week
Ideally located on the East Coast as we are a New York based Company
