Better Noise Music is seeking an Income Tracking Manager with 1 - 4 years of experience to join its team. This role will report directly to the Controller and will work closely with the finance team along with other department heads. This role is 100% remote. The company offers great employee benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be well organized and be able to meet deadlines
• Must be an expert in excel, including knowledge of V-Look up functions and Pivot Tables
• Experience with Sage software a plus
• Have a willingness to learn and grow within the company and music industry
• Most importantly, have a great work ethic and attitude
CORE DUTIES:
• Analyze distribution statements and other data sets in excel and upload data in Accounting & Royalty software
• Oversee accounts receivable process, issue invoices
• Track all income sources for label and management
• Update artist touring guarantees and overages
• Communicate with business managers and distributors
• Assemble monthly and annual reports
• Assist CFO and Controller with ad-hock projects
