This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Bethesda Repertory Theatre is seeking a Producing Intern for our upcoming holiday musical, AN EVENING WITH COMPANY.
Dates: November 3 - December 19, 2025
Location: Glendale and Los Angeles, CA (remote + occasional in-person meetings)
Commitment: Part-time, flexible hours (3-6 hours per week) - must be available all day Friday, December 12 for performance support.
About the Role: The Producing Intern will work closely with Bethesda Rep's Managing Director and Artistic Team on the production of AN EVENING WITH COMPANY. Responsibilities may include assisting with scheduling, budgeting, marketing coordination, front-of-house operations, and supporting the creative and producing teams as needed.
Desired Skillset: We're looking for a proactive, creative individual with a strong sense of storytelling and organization. Ideal candidates will have experience or interest in:
* Producing and Arts Management
* Content Creation and Social Media
* Photography, Videography, and Editing (a major plus)
* Clear Communication and Time Management
Qualifications:
* LA-based with reliable transportation
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Interest in theatre producing and creative collaboration
This is an unpaid internship with college credit and letters of reference available. The intern will receive an Associate Producer credit on the production.
