Role Overview & Responsibilities
BET Networks is looking for an accomplished Manager, Brand Solutions to join a highly effective but nimble Brand Solutions team supporting multiplatform Ad Sales functions. The person can handle various projects simultaneously, lead client relationships and ongoing interactions between Sales and client teams, participate in ideation processes for RFP responses, and work effectively with cross-functional production teams.
This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Brand Solutions, working out of the New York HQ and working a hybrid schedule!
Your Day-to-Day:
• Proactively lead and complete high-level co-branded Ad Sales Marketing campaigns, managing internal and external partners.
• Conceptualize ideation, execution, and post-execution campaign review.
• Daily micro functions include deck creation, timelines/schedules, agendas, one-sheets, client-facing workbooks, social media calendars, and social copy.
• Daily macro complex processes include leading RFP ideation, presentation abilities, branded content creation strategy, branded content storytelling, point of contact for client communication, risk assessment, cross-functional team communication, management of multiple key internal partners to support campaign activation.
• Balance different subdivisions of Integrated Marketing to successfully bring a campaign to life, within an autonomous environment.
• Understand emerging trends and effective marketing uses of linear media, social media, digital media, in-market/live events, and a hunger to understand new media as consumer content consumption habits continue to shift.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in communications, Marketing, Sales and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 â€'' 5 Years of experience required
Additional Qualifications
• Expertise in entertainment and marketing, with the ability to conceive strategically sound, custom ideas for advertising partners, resulting in incremental revenue for BET
• Ability to maintain composure, prioritize work, and manage expectations with clients and key internal partners
• Excellent communication, writing skills, and customer service skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 107,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
