Join our incredible Brand Partnerships team. We act as the liaison between Ad Sales and multiple departments across all networks within Viacom, including: Integrated Marketing, Programming, Pricing & Inventory, Research, and Channel Leadership. The main goal of our group is to impact and increase ad sales revenue to coincide with ad sales objectives, channel team initiatives, and marketplace conditions.
The Executive Assistant (EA) will take initiative in ensuring the Executive Vice President (EVP) Brand Sales is supported and will be the face of the Executive’s office and department internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
• You will complete a wide variety of administrative tasks for the EVP and Brand Sales team on an ad hoc basis including: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and maintaining a complete filing system
• You will act as the ''gatekeeper'' and ''gateway'' role, for creating direct access to the EVP’s time and office
• You will provide a bridge for smooth communication between the EVP and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
• You will work closely and effectively with the EVP to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
• You will prepare weekly documents for the EVP with input from the Brand Sales team
• You will ensure that weekly meetings run smooth by compiling agendas, materials and coordinating all AV needs
Basic Qualifications
• College degree preferred
• You are able to multi-task and be detail oriented in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• You are organized and have a confirmed interest in prioritizing multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• You have solid written and social skills
• You have strong computer skills especially in Excel and Powerpoint
• You demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• You are comfortable with audio/video technology (with support from tech team)

• Ability to effectively present ideas and develop solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Positive attitude with shown demonstration to manage relationships and collaborate with the organization
