Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO of Best Events
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Best Events is an award-winning event production agency based in Los Angeles. We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing and organizing complex events for prestigious clients.
Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO, and respond appropriately to inquiries and requests.
• Assist with the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site logistics.
• Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support other members of the team as needed, including providing administrative assistance to other executives and staff.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in similar role required, preferably in the event production or hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
