This is a Full Time Job
Restaurateur and owner of an event company is looking for an Executive Assistant available to start immediately.
This position is located in Los Angeles with occasional travel to Laguna Beach. In addition to the duties listed below, this job works closely with the Personal Assistant, providing support and covering during vacation days as needed.
This position is full time in person in West Hollywood.
Job duties:
Scheduling:
• Heavy scheduling and calendar management duties for fast-paced executive
• Maintain Outlook calendar for all appointments and events
• Coordinate international travel, hotels, flights and bookings
Office/Executive Support:
• Handle personal and business finances, including expense reports and bank accounts
• Mange email inboxes, drafting replies and responding promptly
• Errands such as returns, depositing checks, etc
• Order supplies and schedule maintenance for the West Hollywood office
Event and Restaurant support:
• Attend meetings and circulate notes
• Attend site visits and events, providing support as needed (may require travel some travel)
• Point of contact for clients and vendors: sending out contracts, building design decks and sending feedback
• Point of contact for restaurant management, HR, accounting, and staff
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Experience in scheduling and calendar management
• Ability to multitask
• Driver's license and personal vehicle
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 based on experience
