Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of overall theater operations.
• Manage IT 3rd party vendors: phone system, equipment, computers, network, 3rd party consultant
• Oversee all Front of House operations to include house manager, bartenders, security, maintenance, volunteers. Schedule appropriate staff based on show needs and audience size/type.
• Artist advance of all non-technical items: catering, dressing room hospitality, hotels, ground transportation, meet and greets, runners, vans plus other miscellaneous duties.
• Create Artist Show Sheet on a per show basis and distribute to Production/House Manager/Ticketing/Volunteer/Runner
• Manage concession operation, inventory control, work with vendors
• Oversee and schedule runners.
• Manage all rentals. Duties include contract creation and execution, invoicing, relationship management. Liaise between renter and marketing/ticketing/production departments. Create final settlement and collect payment.
• Point of contact for all activities involving township authorities i.e. police, fire, permits, health dept., public works
• Point of contact for all emergency procedures including staff training.
• ADA Coordinator
• Work in conjunction with Facility Manager on venue projects/upgrades.
REPORTING
• Send show expenses, under my purview, to Finance Director the day after the show
• Update concession inventory spreadsheets
• Update concession sales report
• Update concession per cap report
