THE JOB
Ben Mallare Events & Entertainment is seeking a personable and attentive professional to assist with the sales and operations of our private events entertainment company. We prefer an individual local to Southern California, but will consider remote workers as well. Required tasks are as follows:
Respond to potential inquiries
Communicate with prospective clients
Generate contracts
Generate invoices and receive deposit and balance payments
Acquire and display client testimonials
Document and organize information for upcoming shows across all systems
Book travel & lodging arrangements and coordinate with contractors
Generate day-of-event call sheets
Send clients music/program planning documents
Communicate via phone and email with planners, clients, and vendors
Build, distribute, and manage clients' planning documents
