The role in a few sentences:
Our new bee (you) will be buzzing around the office assisting in all areas as no two days are alike. Our ideal candidate will support the company through assisting on mailing builds, updating internal databases, and being encouraged to add value with Gen-Z related insight, alongside the ability to hands-on support impactful projects.
What you'll be doing every day:
Because of the number and diversity of our projects, no two days are alike, but the type of work you'll be doing falls under:
Role & Responsibilities
-Update internal databases by staying updated on pop culture and digital trends
-Provide recommendations for new targets and network connections
-Analyze industry and marketplace trends, and summarize for teams
-Media monitoring for relevant trends, brand, and competitor/client competitor coverage
-Assist with day-to-day needs, run occasional errands (i.e. pick up lunch, purchase supplies for operations)
-New Business Research presentations
-Assisting with mailers
What you'll need to be successful:
-Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recently graduated with an interest in influencer marketing, business and brand development, and consumer brands
-Availability: Part-time; In-person 2-3 days per week for 20 hours total; Can further discuss start date if it coincides with a school schedule
-A reliable means of transportation for fulfilling team requests and occasional errands
-Knowledge of social media channels & platforms, including (but not limited to) Instagram, Clubhouse, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
-Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Exceptional grammar and writing, along with professional and timely communication skills
-Smart, scrappy, resourceful while being motivated, a self-starter, and independent
