About Beatside:
We Are Looking For:
A highly organised and motivated intern to support our Logistics Department. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct, hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations behind artist touring and event coordination within the global electronic music industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing travel logistics for artists, including flights, accommodations, and ground transfers.
Help prepare and update detailed tour itineraries and travel documents.
Support with visa applications and related administrative tasks.
Coordinate communication with venues, promoters, and service providers.
Maintain and update internal logistics systems and databases.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Studies or prior experience in logistics, event planning, or the music business.
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and project trackers.
Passion for electronic music and a strong interest in the touring world is a major plus.
Additional Details:
Work Location: Remote
Schedule: 25 hours/week (5 hours/day, Monday to Friday)
Preferred Start Date: June 10th, 2025 (flexible)
