Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Production Manager for our Film & Photo Production department. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of film and photo production, from pre-production to post-production, including investor relations, brand/client acquisition, crowdfunding, budgeting, story development, scriptwriting, casting, production design, scheduling, coordination, editing, sound design, music integration, graphics, visual effects, posting, festival submissions, and marketing. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content and achieving our booking goals.

Responsibilities:
• Manage investor relations and facilitate brand/client acquisition
• Coordinate crowdfunding campaigns for film and photo projects
• Oversee the entire production process, including pre-production, filming, and post-production
• Develop and manage production budgets
• Collaborate on story development and scriptwriting/coverage
• Produce storyboards and assist with casting
• Coordinate production design and scheduling
• Supervise filming and ensure production runs smoothly
• Manage post-production activities, including editing, sound design, music integration, and graphics/visual effects
• Coordinate content posting and festival submissions
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote film and photo projects
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Work towards booking goals of 2 long-form and 5 short-form projects per month

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Photography, Media, or related field is preferred
• Experience in film and photo production
• Proven track record in investor relations, brand/client acquisition, and crowdfunding
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in production management software and tools
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in film and photo production
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Passionate about the industry and dedicated to achieving creative and business goals

Compensation:
• This is an independent contractor position.
• Pay is based on a 5% commission of the initial sale for each client secured.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Deliver original short film by FALL 2024
• Assist with short-form content creation and music integration
• Achieve booking goals of 2 long-form and 5 short-form projects per month
