Motion Graphics Coordinator, Post-Production
Manage day-to-day trafficking of motion graphics assets for post-production product launches, including keeping schedules, updating project trackers, and leading weekly status meetings.
Develop workflows and a detailed storage system for graphic files and renders for each project.
Oversee timelines for multiple projects simultaneously while keeping aligned with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are received on time and project needs are being met.
Tasks & Activities
-Establish strong communication with motion graphics artist and post teams with an emphasis on clear communication of dates and project expectations.
-Collaborate and troubleshoot post-production workflows with graphic artists and post.
-Review post-production schedules and provide feedback/identify conflicts.
-Coordinate all graphic requests, revisions and approvals until project completion.
-Verify graphics are rendered correctly and match project specifications.
-Cross check localized graphics to ensure they are in the correct language and template.
-Assist with setting up departmental meetings and ongoing communications.
Required Skills
-Must have prior post-production and graphics coordinating experience.
-Understanding server organization, naming conventions, standard review/delivery specifications, etc.
-Combines critical thinking, practical experience, and ability to reason in a holistic approach to problem solving.
-Ability to establish and meet deadlines, developing clear priorities quickly.
-Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen well and interact smoothly with creative personnel and company employees across all management levels.
-Works well in fast-paced, high stress environments while maintaining calm solution-oriented focus.
-Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Resolve, Pro Tools, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, Signiant, Frame.io, REACH Engine, Microsoft Suite.
-Familiarity with project management software.
-Self-motivated, highly independent.
