- Help bring ideas to life, collaborating across the creative team and company
- Get excited about executing and finding unique solutions to creative challenges
- Work within the creative team on acquisition-focused projects
- Input on upfront storyline strategy/briefs to ensure the proper format/assets are captured in production
- Own the post-production process of video assets, working with multiple media formats (video, photography, motion graphics, audio, etc)
- Work primarily on acquisition-related work to create and test ads that advocate for the consumer's needs without compromising the company's creative standards
- Collaborate with the larger Creative team on brand assets that live across social, site, experiential, email, and more.

- You are efficient and careful in your work and don't allow anything to slip.
