This is a Freelance Job

Previous Casting Assistant experience needed
Schedule casting sessions, run camera and upload auditions to Cast-it.
Maintain the contacts spreadsheet
Identify, edit and download film on actors - a fluency in iMovie, iDVD and Cast-it a plus.
Field high volume of calls
Liaise with several studio departments to ensure that contracts and start paperwork documents are signed and returned
Help keep the CD organized
Willingness to work overtime and respond to emails after hours, when necessary
Computer dynamo - PC/Mac proficient, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Must be a multi-tasking organizational whiz who can meet priority deadlines, problem solve and anticipate needs
Good attitude and sense of humor go a long way.
