Vice President, Current Unscripted Series

Endemol Shine North America is looking for a Vice President of Current Unscripted Series. This position will help manage a large slate of current unscripted TV projects already in production as well as aid in ushering original projects to air for Broadcast Networks, streamers, and high-end cable. Must have in-depth experience overseeing the creation of show budgets, creative treatments, decks, and schedules.

The individual must possess deep industry relationships with a proven track record for successfully overseeing multiple projects across various platforms. A widely respected, excellent communicator who can effectively collaborate with internal and external partners to generate high quality content.

The position is based in Los Angeles and reports to the SVP, of Unscripted Original Series.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and implementing meaningful creative, budgetary, and editorial collaborations with show runners, executives, talent, and production partners to expand company's wider creative strategy.
• Candidate must have lengthy experience in both field and postproduction.
• Candidate should have longstanding relationships with network executives and be up to date on current broadcaster needs and programming to proactively assess current trends and business practices.

Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience in field and postproduction for large scale Broadcast network shows.
• Excellent communication skills to internal execs and external partners.
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and stays on top of deadlines.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive; team player.

Position Compensation:

At Endemol Shine North America, we understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits program and offer a competitive package including paid time off and 401k plan, with a salary range between $210,000-$240,000 (salary) depending on experience.

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
