Staff Production Accountant Job Summary:

The in-house Staff Production Accountant position will handle production accounting duties in a creative and highly productive accounting department and be responsible for multiple shows in various stages including Development, Casting, Prep, Production, Wrap and Post.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weekly/Monthly cost reporting and cost projections.
• Weekly review of the Show Bibles, Purchasing order reports, and Trial Balance reports.
• Petty Cash and P-Card handling.
• Handle accounts payables including the processing (receive, code and input) of purchase orders, invoices, check

requests and credit card statements.
• Build Excel spreadsheets for analysis and various reporting projects.
• Working knowledge of Cash Flows.
• Assists with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' related production accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Effective collaboration with staff and crew to obtain key information to manage the financial activities for the show.
• Possess strong analytical skills necessary to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired.
• On-location/travel Production Accountant experience a plus.
• CPAS experience a plus.
• Must be a pro-active, self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team.
• Hybrid role with several days onsite. 25% travel requirement to project locations.
