Job Summary
Under the daily supervision of the Associate Manager, Facilities, the Production Assistant (PA) provides general office support. The PA must have a friendly and approachable, maintain a professional demeanor, and be customer service oriented. This person will be flexible and able to assist with various projects around the office with a can-do positive attitude.
Major Responsibilities:
• The day to day opening, rounding, and closing of the facility.
• Responsible for Autotask work ticket completion, ensuring tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
• Including hanging paintings, posters, fixtures, internal moves and miscellaneous work tickets.
• Provide coverage for Assistants, Reception, and Facilities Assistant as needed. All PA's train periodically with assistants to obtain necessary skills for coverage.
• Assist all departments with special projects as needed.
• Provide messenger service for Corporate departments.
• Monitor building to ensure all common areas (conference rooms, copy stations, kitchens) are well-stocked, neat and presentable.
• Collect and distribute USPS mail, including FedEx, UPS, and Messenger deliveries.
• Provide Facilities coordinator with replenishment stock levels for Staples, Costco, Amazon, and First Aid as needed.
• Other duties assigned by Facilities Associate Manager or Director.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years job experience in an administrative role or customer service.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac Applications.
• Exceptional customer service skills – this means a pro-active, positive, ''can do'' attitude. PA will work with all departments, across all levels of the company.
• Impeccable phone etiquette – PA may answer phones at Reception or at the desk of an assistant.
• Must act in a professional demeanor and dress appropriately.
• Interest in TV Production and/or entertainment industry. Knowledge of production equipment, a plus.

• Must be 18 years or older.
Compensation range: $20-$21 per hour (Non-Exempt)
