Full service media studio seeks full time assistant for Executive Commercial Producer.

Duties include:
Assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and travel
Clerical duties and occasional light phones
Coordinating bids and treatments
Assisting with publicity and marketing projects
Supporting production teams in the office
Some personal errands

This job is perfect for someone with PA or coordinator level experience hoping to move up in the commercial production world. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker, with a high level of organization and efficiency.

Requirements:
Candidates should have a car and a valid drivers license
