Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Strategy & Execution:
Develop and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy that supports business goals, celebrates fans, builds player profiles, and reflects the identity of the Baltimore Orioles.
• Platform Management & Innovation:
Own content calendars and publishing across all official Orioles social platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Guide platform-specific tone, features, and growth strategies.

• Data-Driven Growth:
Analyze performance and fan sentiment to evolve tactics. Monitor trends, benchmark against league leaders, and identify emerging platforms or formats worth testing.
• Brand Consistency & Risk Management:
Ensure all posts and interactions reflect the Orioles brand voice, values, and guidelines. Act as final editorial approval on sensitive or high-impact content.
