Full Time Job
Seasonal Box Office Seller – Baltimore Orioles Spring Training, Sarasota, FL
Preferred dates: January 7th – March 31st
This is a seasonal position located in Sarasota, FL. Approximately 20-25 hours a week in January/February with hours extending to 35 hours during the month of March.
Duties
• Sell individual game tickets utilizing Ticketmaster Software on both game and non-game days in the box office
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Ed Smith Stadium seating chart and club ticketing policies
• Service and interact with customers on a regular basis to answer general ballpark and ticket questions
Skills
/Qualifications Required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and possess strong technical skills
• Flexible schedule (prefer availability for all 17 games)
• Previous cash handing experien
• Must be reliable, punctual, and courteous
