Position Summary:

The Event Presentation Tech Manager plays a key role in executing in-game entertainment and live event coverage at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. This position leads the technical crew and ensures the highest quality video production for Baltimore Orioles home games and other events at the ballpark. The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in video production, and a passion for baseball and live entertainment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide technical staff to meet the video production needs for Orioles home games and special events at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
• Call and direct cameras, graphics, and replay elements during Orioles games and events.
• Operate and coordinate with digital graphics, replay systems, clip playback, and audio cues in a high-pressure, live production environment.
• Provide leadership to camera operators, ensuring proper shot composition and coordination on the best replay angles and tracking of game action with replay operators.
• Schedule and manage all part time technical staff for Game Presentation.
• Train and support staff on all technical equipment within the control room.
• Manage all content load in for in-game playback.
• Work with engineering staff to maintain video and audio equipment in control room.
• Maintain and organize video assets and archives for easy access and historical preservation.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Video Director in a sports venue setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the game of baseball; familiarity with the Baltimore Orioles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of live sports broadcasting and production.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and leadership qualities.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure live production environment.
• Advanced knowledge of sports venue video control room equipment a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical proficiency.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work all Orioles home games, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The anticipated salary for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
