VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
JOB TITLE: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Accounting
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Finance
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for Accounts Receivable management and general accounting duties relating to Treasury functions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
• Ensures and maintains highest level of confidentiality and discretion
• Responsible for reporting daily cash balances to upper management
• Deposit and record all non-ticket related monies
• Initiate wire transfers
• Process credit card transactions
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable balances to General Ledger
• Apply payments and maintain detailed records of various Accounts Receivable balances
• Process month-end journal entries
• Perform miscellaneous duties relating to Treasury and other functions as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• General Accounting education or related job experience
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
