This is a Full Time Job
We are looking for an enterprising, self-starter with a bug for our business - the unscripted entertainment business. This role is a Monday-Friday, entry-level office-job. It's a massive opportunity to learn all facets of unscripted: development, production, business affairs and packaging. By the time you're done in this role (24 months), you'll be ten steps ahead of the competition. To be successful, you must be extremely well-organized, have great time management skills, own a peaceful and upbeat disposition, and be able to act with minimal guidance. Fortitude and executive leadership instincts are a necessity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the point of contact (in office and on the phone) among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handle the Founder's personal schedule and needs
- Act as an office manager by opening and closing the office and keeping up with office supply inventory
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing database
- Personal assistant tasks - picking up lunch, coordinating with personal vendors, handling timely invoices, etc.
- Research solutions for office and personal affairs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
