Assistant to Talent Manager

Remote Assistant - Talent Management Company (Full-Time, Paid Hourly )

This is a 100% remote position that can be done from anywhere in the U.S.

Schedule: 8 hour day
Monday through Friday
Paid Lunch break

-Required Qualification:
Strong experience with Breakdown Express for TV/Film submissions
prior experience with pitching from agency or management side.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to a high volume of emails
• Schedule and coordinate auditions
• Process client requests efficiently
• Submit and pitch talent for roles
