JOB TITLE:
Management Assistant, full-time assistant, to start as soon as possible. This job is very challenging and is a great opportunity to learn about the management process through hands-on training and experience. The ideal candidate is someone with a theatrical/film/TV background or degree, who is interested in exploring being part of a management team.
JOB DUTIES (Maintenance of daily workflow):
1) Office Administrative tasks such as answering and fielding phone calls/emails, scheduling, front desk/reception duties
2) Schedule and coordinate auditions, callbacks, holds and bookings for talent
3) Maintain client and talent relationships
4) Database maintenance: FilemakerPro, Actors Access, Casting Networks
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Computer: Word, Excel, FilemakerPro, GarageBand, Audacity, Studio One
2) Personable phone manner
3) Experience Multi-tasking, and prioritizing and anticipating the needs of the team, clients and talent
4) Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
5) Smart, quick, creative, organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, confident, sense of humor, articulate, well-written, well-spoken, excellent communicator
