Position: Receptionist (day shift)
Department: Operations
Reports to: Director - Operations
Status: Full-Time
Pay type: Hourly, non-exempt

Position Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first impression of the company to visitors and callers, and the ideal candidate possesses an outgoing personality and strong sense of decorum. Candidates must have calm and confident phone demeanor, robust multitasking ability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The day receptionist also assists in coordinating the Production Assistants when necessary. The standard shift is 8:00am to 4:00pm but flexibility will be required to cover shifts until 10:00pm periodically. Prior administrative/phone experience required. Strong interest in post-production/entertainment marketing. Front desk experience a plus!
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
• Answer, screen and forward phone calls
• Greet and welcome guests warmly
• Offer administrative support across the company
• Coordinate work orders for delivery of highly sensitive material & client gifts
• Assist Operations Director with maintenance & day to day office management
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Assist in keeping office expense records and perform monthly credit card reconciliation
• Create weekly calendar to be distributed to employees
• Organize packages/mail delivery
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
