This is a Part Time Job
Seeking a Part Time 2nd assistant to Talent Manager, Meg Mortimer in our Brooklyn office.
Responsibilities
include writing client pitches, booking client travel, updating calendars and booking slips. Must have experience with IE, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a true team player. We are seeking candidates who can commit to 1-2 years for 20 hours a week
