Part Time/ Unpaid Internship
Currently, we are seeking a Marketing & Event intern for our Hollywood office - This is a great opportunity if you are interested in pursuing a career in Marketing + Events within the entertainment industry. The internship role requires the ability to multi-task, a sharp attention to details, and the desire to work in a dynamic, creative work environment. Must be a team player, self-motivated and willing to learn our business.
You must also be studying Marketing and/or Event Management.
Duties and Responsibilities include
- Updating member profiles on database
- Researching industry trends and news for Marketing and Programming departments
- Creating pitch deck presentations
- General administrative duties and more
- Assisting with Marketing and Events teams.
- Coordinating VIP screenings and industry events
- Coordinating actors and filmmakers for screenings and events
- managing RSVPs and invitations database
- greeting and checking in guests at company events
- coordinating hospitality for events
