Fall Intern - Anime Post Production & Marketing

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Remote Internship: Anime Series Post Production & Marketing Intern (Hands-On Learning)

Start Date:ASAP
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Commitment:~10 hours/week (flexible, remote)

What You'll Do
1. Improve Production Workflow:
-Work with the Post-Production Supervisor to organize and rename files so the remote team can access assets easily.
-Help export images in layers so that animation team can work on individual files separately
-Learn post production deliverables, file management, and remote production collaboration practices.

2. Support Social Media Strategy
-Help plan and schedule short videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
-Collaborate on content that feels authentic to anime fans.
-Review performance data and suggest improvements.
-Experience creating and optimizing real social content.

3. Assist with Talent & Influencer Outreach
-Work with the showrunner to identify voice actors with the right fit.
-Research anime creators on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram for potential collaborations.
-Help build shortlists and prepare outreach.
-Exposure to talent scouting and partnership development.

• Photoshop skills - ability to export images in layers
• Understand what works on short-form platforms.
• Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Enjoy learning and contributing to a small, focused team.

Internship Details
• Fully remote, ~10 hours/week (flexible).
